The cottage was built in 1847 and retains its charm. It is surrounded by a flat private garden of 1000 m² with 2 private parking spaces. On the first floor with independent access, you will have: a large living room with a large table and sofas facing a warm Godin wood stove open (electric heating also), a south facing balcony with nice views of the fir trees and the mountain, 2 rooms which open on the balcony (respectively a big bed and 3 small beds) of which one with room of water, the 2 others have seen on the slate cliff of Super Morzine (respectively a big bed and 3 small ones beds), a ski and shoe room, a kitchen, another bathroom with toilet, a separate toilet.
The chalet is located halfway between the Pleney cable car (Morzine-Les Gets sector. Access 5 minutes) and the Prodains cable car (Avoriaz-Switzerland sector. Access 5 minutes), these two resorts of Morzine and Avoriaz part of the magnificent Portes du Soleil (650 km of slopes). Free shuttles to Morzine and Avoriaz at 80 m from the chalet with runs every 10 minutes. No car needed.
The center of Morzine (2.5 km) is driven by many bars and restaurants. The shops cater to all needs.
For your maximum comfort, for stays of 7 days and more, sheets and pillowcases are provided and cleaning is done at your departure. For short stays, linen and cleaning are optional (extra costs).
